- Assist legal teams with tasks such as advising lawyers, reviewing draft responses, restructuring documents, and managing legal projects and deadlines.
- Work closely with legal teams to conduct regular reviews of data sources.
- Assist legal teams in establishing new sources for monitoring, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all jurisdictions and relevant topics.
- Develop and editing content for the existing range client products.
- Monitor, coordinate, and maintain various databases of regulatory data and news.
- Draft and send important alerts to clients promptly.
- Perform data quality checks.
- Crosstrain skills for new starters and other team members.
- Regularly review existing monitoring processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- The position would appeal to an individual with experience working with and supporting lawyers.
- Strong analytical skills to assist with collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on all levels. This role involves daily communication with product/legal and support teams.
