Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to join our client's team in London. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on developing their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing technical incidents, including call logging and troubleshooting.
Providing support and maintenance for software and hardware, primarily through remote access.
Installing, configuring, and testing software on PC and server systems.
Conducting end-user training and preparing documentation.
Providing event support remotely and on-site.
Collaborating with the Development Team and liaising with clients to resolve technical issues.
Essential Skills Required:
Proficiency in T-SQL is advantageous.
Solid technical foundation with a good grasp of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments.
Exceptional communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Reliability and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to foster effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong prioritization abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
