- Perform routine lubrication and maintenance tasks on buses according to established procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or potential issues that may affect performance or safety.
- Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts usage, services performed, and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance issues and ensure fleet readiness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
