Customer Care Coordinator - High Wycombe - £30, Month Contract


A opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join my client, a House Builder, based in the Milton Keynes area.

This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.

This position is a full time role based in the office. Currently a 6 month contract with the potential of longer term opportunity/permanent role later in the year.


The Role:


  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager, working closely with the wider team, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.
  • Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed.
  • Provide support and advice to subcontractors and customer care operatives, scheduling works as required as closing works out keeping the customer updated along the way.
  • Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers' queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.

Key Skills:


  • You MUST have Customer Service experience within the House Building/Construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract


Salary:
£29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
