The UK sales office is responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and post-sales support for the European and North African markets.
Job Purpose
The Sales Associate at Gansons Engineering UK plays a pivotal role in the go-to-market phase for Gansons in Europe. They are responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the revenue pipeline for GEUK through direct market outreach, customer education, and strategic account management.
- Build resources to enhance the sales process: secondary research, database creation, CRM tools, sales collaterals
- Conduct technicalcommercial discussions with the customer
Training Provided
- CRM software training
- Technical training for process equipment, automation, pharmaceutical regulations
- Sales techniques like account management, negotiation, proposal creation, contract management
Compensation
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Educational background in engineering/ pharmacy/ food technology, business administration
- 2+ years of sales/ marketing/ technical experience in relevant industries
- Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus

£40,000.00-£450,000.00 per year
