Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as Banking Good have other Pega Framework Implementations Experience.
Understands large-scale system implementation processes and the class structure, process flows in Pega, provide alternate solutionsresolves performance issuesCode reviews, design reviews, maintain technical debtconnect with Pega systems on any product related issuesExperience and Skills:Pega LSA Certified17 + years of total experience12+ years of Pega relevant experience10+ years of Architecture and Design of complex Pega applications experience as LSA including CLM/KYC end to end implementation

Other technologies :
J2EE, XML, Oracle, Micro services, Unix, WebSphere, Integrations (SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON, etc) 2.

JOB DETAILS:

Pega PBA CLM/KYC=======================Key Responsibilities17+ years of experience in business analysis and 6+ yrs in PEGA CLM and KYC strategic application as PBA for multiple customerShould have in depth experience and understanding of CLM/KYC strategic app and its business implementationLead the business team in gathering requirements and choose the best way to implement requirements leveraging the CLM/KYC Strategic App in alignment with business priorities.

Pega certified business architect certification is mandatory.
Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector.
Manage business stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas.

Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to requirements' artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/User stories.

Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.

Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

Understand and provide inputs for Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.

Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen and Interface mock-ups.

Understand interface /integration technologies and a good understanding of customers' needs so they can be translated into requirements.

Strong understanding of Pega methodologiesExperience and Skills:
Pega LBA Certified17+ years of Pega relevant experienceMust have experience in Pega 8.xStrong communication and written skills
