    Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive – Nottingham - Legal 500 Law Firm- 3PQE +- HybridAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 3+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Nottingham.

    My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 3+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters , who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.

    ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)Carry out lease extensions and auction transactionsSupervise junior fee earners and support staffManage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducersComply with all internal and external auditsShare information and best practice with colleagues wherever possibleFollow the firm's detailed policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirementsSkills and experience

    • Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects· Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
    • Business development skills
    • IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
    • Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionalsBenefits
