    Job Brief

    We are on the lookout for a proactive and well-organized IT Manager to join our IT team. In this role, the IT Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects within specified constraints. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors is essential to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects, whether they involve infrastructure upgrades or software development initiatives.

    Job Purpose

    The primary objective of this role is to:

    • Liaise with customers to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Engage in continual service enhancement meetings with both internal and external counterparts.
    • Create detailed project plans and timelines.
    • Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of changes and their consequences.
    • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Manage comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and meeting notes.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation upon project completion.
    • Conduct regular project evaluations and quality assessments.
    • Monitor project advancement, budget, and quality, taking corrective measures when necessary.
    • Proactively handle risks and issues to guarantee project success.
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the availability of resources.
    • Identify and involve project stakeholders, and develop communication strategies.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and uphold project quality standards and best practices (ISO27001 & CE+).
    • Deliver regular project status reports and presentations.
    • Support the Head of IT in forecasting and enhancing the improvement roadmap.

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Demonstrated experience as an IT Manager with a proven history of successful project delivery.
    • Possession of project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong team management and task prioritization skills.
    • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
