Lichfield, WS13

Salary:
£26,000- £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits

09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

The Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established Insurance Brokers based in the heart of Lichfield.

Due to continued growth in the business they now have a full time office based position for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their busy and vibrant team, offering a great place to further your experience and career.

Responsibilities:

Working on new business and renewals.
Negotiating terms and managing client's midterm adjustments.
Maintaining and updating diary records
Keep accurate client records on Acturis
Visiting clients when required.
Adapt to the culture of a Brokerage & the levels of client service that our client provides.

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
Proactive and confident in building and maintaining client and insurer relationships.
Previous experience within Insurance is Essential
Previous experience using Acturis software is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Renewals
Knowledge of Current Insurance Market
Insurance Qualifications are desirable
