About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a
Driver Risk
Administrator to join our
A&TS business unit to work in
Derby.

Role Purpose
To support the Driver Risk Management (DRM) part of Asset & Technology Solutions.

The role would span across several service streams, including driver training, permit to drive, telematics fuel cards, driver licencing and Dash Cams.

The focus of this role is working as part of the permit to drive team, supporting the business in getting the most out of this technology.

Day to day comprises of dealing with internal / external customers, running dynamic reports and getting involved in projects / admin related to the system.

This is an ever-changing industry, so the role will require adaptation and lends itself to growth within the team.

What you'll be doing
As a
Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:

Develop your skills in IT and all Microsoft packages especially excel.
Assist in the creation and distribution of management information reports after formal training has been provided.
Coordinate the booking onroad training, and training calendar management.
Resolving issues customer have raised.
Provide general administration support to line manager and wider team.
Working with clients to understand their unique reporting requirements.
Learn about telematics and assist with the management of the online web portal.

Who we're looking for

You will need the following:

Communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Experience in Administration.
Time management.
Excellent IT and PowerPoint presentation building skills.
Problem solving under pressure.
Selfmotivated.
