Join our Living Places team as a Street Lighting Patroller/Analyst to work based at the Northants PFI Depot in a hybrid role, approximately 50% site based and 50% office based, and you can build something to be proud of. Role Purpose: To undertake daytime inspection of Lighting asset for non-electrical defects and to remotely diagnose electrical faults where assets are connected to our central management system (CMS). What you'll be doing As an Street Lighting Patroller/Analyst , your role will be approximately 50% site based and 50% office based with main responsibilities as follows:-
    • Undertake inspections of the asset to identify defects
    • Raise faults using a tablet or laptop
    • Assess site risk and implement controls
    • Remotely assess the functionality of assets
    • Record defects in the Management Information System
    • Report safety & quality observations
    • Responsible for company Property, Equipment and Vehicles.
    Who we're looking for Personal Qualities and Experience:
    • An uncompromising approach to safety and desire to complete your tasks right first time
    • Excellent attention to detail & self-motivated
    • Able to demonstrate technical knowledge and analytical skills
    • Must be comfortable working within a team as well as working alone
    • A good level of written and numerical skills
    • A demonstrable ability to learn new processes quickly
    • IT skills Excel, Word ability to use a Tablet / Apps
    • Full clean UK Driving Licence.
