- Contribute to the Centre's business plan development and execute asset goals.
- Collaborate with Asset and Property teams to manage service charges effectively.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and contribute to tenant mix strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance the Centre's commercial performance.
- Implement a robust marketing strategy and monitor Centre performance closely.
- Oversee competition analysis and manage commercial income strategies.
- Ensure timely processing of tenant applications and manage financial reports.
- Attend management meetings and provide regular reports.
- Maintain strong communication with occupiers to drive sales and enhance performance.
- Produce and distribute occupier welcome packs and maintain high customer service standards.
- Promote customer loyalty through excellent services and facilities.
- Work closely with service providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Implement planned maintenance programs and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Manage statutory compliance and risk on site.
- Ensure HSE policies are followed and stay updated on legislation affecting Centre management.
- Conduct property inspections and maintain Crisis Management Plans.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards and update reporting systems.
- Provide Duty Management and train personnel for effective supervision.
- Mentor and develop the team to maximize performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to Company policies.
- Nurture a positive team environment and ensure alignment with the Business Plan.
- Understanding of the retail industry.
- Previous team management and service charge experience.
- Proficiency in data management, financial targets, and business plan execution.
- Local market awareness and IT skills.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
- Relevant industry qualifications preferred.
