    Description

    We are looking for a Centre Manager to be part of our team at Bridgewater. If you are up for a new challenge, this is the place to be. Bridgewater is on its way to becoming one of our top-notch centers, where you will have a key role in steering its success.

    This is not your typical center; it will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to set the standard in offering an exceptional customer experience and a superb working atmosphere. With the support of an Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller, you will lead a team of approximately 15 members, including skilled technicians and customer service advisors, to provide a seamless service.


    • £36,000 to £41,000 annual salary
    • Average bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential for more)
    • Full-time position, 5 days a week

    You should have a proven track record of leading teams to success and prioritizing exceptional customer service. Responsible for the daily operations of the Centre, maximizing profits, and minimizing losses, you will thrive in this role.

    Striving for excellence should be at the core of everything you and your team do, focusing on both quality standards and outcomes. You are adept at optimizing workforce schedules, ensuring maximum capacity in the Center to meet customer needs. Furthermore, by analyzing customer metrics and Center performance data, you will guide your team to surpass sales margin and profit objectives.

    In addition to:

    • Success in surpassing customer metric targets through effective leadership
    • Providing real-time coaching/training to colleagues
    • Proven management expertise, including enhancing capabilities and performance
    • Experience in developing colleagues through technical training
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
    • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in IT, especially in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and ideally PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn
