    A unique opportunity for a FF&E Designer to work with an exciting high-energy F&B brand with ability to attend overseas site visits.

    Middle Weight - Senior FF&E Designer / Buyer
    £holiday package : 37 days : 8 bank holidays + 28 annual leaves +1 birthday day)
    Jak is working with an exciting high-energy F&B brand to recruit for their in-house design team. The brand currently operates in 5 countries and they are moving into their next ambitious growth phase.

    The company has a remarkable track record, having opened 23 restaurants and Europe's largest food court within the last 8 years.

    To ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences, our client has established an in-house design team consisting of 14 designers.

    This is an unique opportunity to work on iconic and highly creative projects, with full involvement from concept to completion.

    This role is dynamic and demanding, making it an ideal fit for individuals who are genuinely hardworking and creative.

    We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in either hospitality, residential design, or a similar relevant field.

    A comprehensive understanding of project management and delivery is crucial for this role.

    The FF&E Designer will collaborate with the Lead Senior ID designers and FF&E Associate to conduct the following:

    Collaborate in the presentation of a strong, unique design concept through moodboards and kick-ass FF&E suggestions.
    Source, suggest and research the BEST suppliers & content for the job.
    Have a knowledge and passion for design, art and materials across different eras, regions and fashions.
    Create highly detailed, accurate FF&E Schedules showcasing FF&E (furniture, curtains, lighting, artwork and accessories)
    Manage in the coordination of all FF&E procurement, adhering to budget, timelines & technicalities.
    Manage in the coordination of all FF&E deliveries and install. A knowledge of shipping logistics a bonus.
    Manage global project installations, dressing and styling.

    Basic Level of AutoCAD or similar software.
    Excellent skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
