    A.H. Worth is a 4th generation, family owned business, offering the very best in ' Quality' and ' Value' in the world of fresh produce. One of the UK's leading suppliers of fresh and prepared potatoes and vegetables.

    A multi-site operation, situated in Holbeach Hurn and Fosdyke Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

    The Role
    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join our Team in Holbeach Hurn , working on a 5 from 7 shift pattern.

    You will play a vital role within our business, responsible for the hygiene cleaning of the factory to ensure high standards are maintained.

    Duties to include:

    • Deep cleaning of all factory areas, cold stores and storage areas
    • Deep cleaning of all machinery
    • Deep cleaning of all factory floors, walls, ceilings, drains
    • Cleaning of all raw material trays, baskets, utensils
    • Correct use and application of chemicals
    • Undertake corrective actions of Technical photo notes as directed by the Hygiene Manager
    • Safe use of hygiene equipment, ensuring inspections and start up checks are completed
    • Setting up of equipment for following days production
    • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork associated with your duties
    • Working alongside your manager to identify areas for continuous improvement
