    This is a unique opportunity to be at the very centre of our business, helping to grow Wasserman in the UK and EMEA in line with our targets. The role would involve managing business development outreach, assuming a role in the pitch process and most importantly playing the role of guardian for our brand and assets [creds and case studies] across EMEA.

    Key Responsibilities;

    Business development:

    • Eloquent and persuasive delivery of the Wasserman selling story.
    • Responsible for updating and reviewing EMEA business development contacts and leads within targeted sectors, across regions. Managed through the Wasserman Salesforce facility.
    • Attend networking opportunities to initiate conversations with potential clients.

    Asset guardianship:

    • Oversee all external marketing materials for the agency, including but not limited to credentials, case studies, templates and online content.
    • Compile customised credentials for sign off by the senior team.
    • Work with our EMEA and global colleagues to create consistency in all external output.

    Pitch process:

    • Responsible for helping implement our 'Pitch Process' on new business RFP's.
    • Liaising with and organising necessary departments and individuals to deliver winning proposals.
    • Responsible for the collating and updating information needed to complete RFI requirements. Strong PowerPoint skills needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 3-4 years' experience in the industry.
    • Strong composition and written skills, transforming ideas comprehensively and concisely to PowerPoint and other presentation media.
    • Strong organizational skills, enabling constant forward motion and communication both upwards and downwards through the management structure of the agency.
    • Strong multitasking capabilities, allowing focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong written skills.
    • Strong Excel skills, particularly with formulas and table creation.
