    Role Overview:

    Our client are in search of a skilled and client-focused Behavioural Data Analyst to join their expanding insights team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual with a keen interest in deciphering human behaviour and conveying insights through data-driven storytelling. As part of the team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant and supportive environment.

    Candidate Profile:

    Data and Insights Expertise:

    • Essential:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging behavioural, marketing, and attitudinal data to inform client strategies.
    • Strong command of Python for data analysis, with a minimum of two years' industry experience.
    • Ability to work with diverse datasets, including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
    • Proficient in statistical analysis techniques such as clustering, regression, etc., and their application in solving real-world business challenges.
    • Desirable:
    • Experience with collecting and working with open data sources, including web scraping and APIs.
    • Competency in SQL for data analysis.
    • Familiarity with dashboard development, particularly utilizing PowerBI.

    Communication Skills:

    • Essential:
    • Adept at crafting clear and compelling narratives backed by data.
    • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and effectively communicating with clients of all levels.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
    • Desirable:
    • Understanding of communication and marketing research tools and methodologies, and their potential value to clients.
