    Mechanical Design Engineer Job Advert

    Mechanical Design Engineer About Us We are a leading engineering company based in Basildon, focused on delivering innovative solutions across various industries.

    Mechanical Design Engineer About the Role As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components.

    Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in turning concepts into reality through detailed design, analysis, and optimization.

    Creating 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
    Performing structural and thermal analysis to ensure designs meet industry standards and customer requirements.
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project objectives.
    Conducting design reviews and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
    Identifying and resolving design issues and recommending improvements.
    Producing accurate documentation, including assembly instructions and bill of materials.
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    Proven experience in mechanical design using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
    Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    Ability to perform structural and thermal analysis.
