- Salary: £28,971 per annum
- Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum
- Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card

- Experience of water leak or drainage works would be an advantage
- Experience in basic electrical repairs also an advantage

- A UK Driving Licence is required due to the nature of the role
- The post holder must be able to work flexibly as required by business needs and will require a full UK/EU driver's license
- Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

Description
Arcus FM are looking for a Night Shift Water Leak Technician, on a permanent basis, to carry out water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment in all clients stores around South London
You will be responsible for c arrying out work to c lear all condensate drains, repair broken pipework, put a fall onto the required pipework, use the puricators to clean and protect the internal pipework and inserting pipe couplings for easy pipe access. Pump trays will need to be maintained and cleaned, with parts replaced as required.
You'll ensure that jobs are completed within SLA, all relevant KPI's are met and that all Arcus health & Safety procedures are complied with at all times. You'll also c omply and adhere to all clients site requirements whilst working at a store, including f ollowing the correct signing in and out procedures in the store and a dhering to the permit to work process.
You'll need to keep track of aged work orders and ensure that they are prioritised for completion.
