    Are you a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is currently recruiting Registered Nurses for their night team at a female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) ward. This is a fantastic chance to join a new and developing team in a brand-new hospital, located in a beautiful setting.

    As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with our client, you'll enjoy an excellent salary of up to £40,455 plus a £5000 Joining Bonus, free on-site parking, and supplemented meals on duty. You'll also benefit from a variety of pay enhancements for overtime, night shifts, and weekend work.

The hospital you'll be working in is located in the stunning Lickey Hills Country Park, 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre.

    As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) in the PICU ward, your duties will include:
    • Providing quality care to patients, utilising your RMN or RNLD qualifications
    • Demonstrating a positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement, and quality
    • Developing and using flexible and innovative approaches to practice
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
