    We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Headteacher to join our driven leadership team. This role is to lead on Inclusion across the school.

    The successful applicant for this role will be an outstanding, passionate and inspirational leader who is committed to enhancing the life chances of our pupils. Working alongside a strong pastoral support team, the post holder will be committed to delivering a vision for inclusion that breaks down pupil barriers to learning for our vulnerable learners. We are seeking a strategic thinker to create and implement our whole school strategy for SEND, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour and work strategically to support and engage our most at risk learners. Working with a capable, committed and pupil centred team, you will be responsible for leading our whole school inclusion strategy.
