    Description

    Set in 300 acres of Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.

    Up to £26,000 (Full time – based on 40 hours)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare ingredients to a high standard.
    • Follow guidance from the executive and/or sous chef.
    • Prepare dishes with attention to quality and speed.
    • Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations and safety protocols with diligence.
    • Assist in maintaining a positive work environment, with an ethos on teamwork.
    • Be able to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
    • Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Willingness to learn and develop into the next stage of your career.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role.
    • Proven experience in a culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
    • Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities.
    • Have a passion for food and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
    • Own transport required due to rural location.
