    Student Lettings Manager


    Salary:
    up to £33,000


    Location:
    Oxford East


    My client is looking for a Student Lettings Manager to join their team, they are open to receiving applications from people who are for Residential Lettings backgrounds too.

    They are a nice team, looking for someone who wants to be apart of that.


    Duties:

    • Create the largest active market share
    • Maximise revenues
    • Grow the property register
    • Encourage repeat business and recommendations
    • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
    • Manage performance of employees
    • Carry out regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetings
