Do you have an eye for fashion?

After a very successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is continuing to expand, providing affordable fashion to families in the communities where Poundland & Dealz stores already operate.

We call it a "shop within a shop"; a distinct PEP&CO area selling a range of clothes including children, women's and men's lines.

We're looking for someone who will deliver amazing customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently.

Every day the store will look fantastic
As a Sales Assistant you will:
Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
Deliver store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way.

You'll need to be as flexible as possible in the hours you can work, we may require you to work shifts.

It goes without saying that you'll have a passion for fashion and retail experience working in fashion or with clothing products would be a bonus.

You'll certainly have an interest in working in a fast-paced store environment like ours.

On a day to day basis you will need to use your own initiative to ensure the store is always looking great, deliveries are efficiently received and that everything is merchandised correctly.

From one store in Burton-upon-Trent in 1990 to more than 850 across the UK and the Republic of Ireland today, Poundland & Dealz has developed a reputation for offering top brands and quality own-brand products at an amazing value.

We sell everything from food and drink to DIY, pet products to stationery, not forgetting our very own fashion brand, PEP&CO.

From our retail stores to our support and distribution centres, everywhere you see Poundland and Dealz, you'll find passionate and knowledgeable colleagues delivering amazing service to our customers.
