    What's unique about this role?

    The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for delivering eDiscovery solutions to our EMEA clients as part of the Client Services project management team, executing tasks across all phases of client projects. This role works at the direction of Directors, Associate Directors, and Project Managers to complete client requirements, track progress, and communicate status both internally and to clients.

    What will this person do?

  • Executes project-specific tasks in Relativity, Brainspace and Lighthouse proprietary applications, including data loading, searching and analysis, providing review support and executing productions and performing quality control.
  • Develops thorough understanding of Lighthouse project workflows and related technology.
  • Conducts quality checks on own work and assists with peer level quality checks as requested.
  • With supervision where needed, drafts and shares internal and external project communications to provide effective project information and updates.
  • Maintains a sense of urgency and consults on prioritization of tasks and client requests.
  • Collaborates closely with team members on project requests and deliverables.
  • At the direction of Service Delivery leadership, participates in department initiatives including internal documentation and training tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Degree in Computer Forensics, Computer Science, law or other eDiscovery related discipline preferred, or 1-2 years commensurate experience in a related field.
  • Industry specific or technology related certifications a plus.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
