We are a dynamic and hardworking team seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join us in our mission to achieve excellence.
As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our projects, and will be an essential member of our team.
If you are a proactive individual with exceptional planning and coordination skills, and are looking to be part of a highly motivated team, then we would love to hear from you- Coordinate the various stages of the build process and successful delivery of our clients roll out of FTTP by assisting and supporting the endtoend service delivery process.
- Liaise and coordinate a number of suppliers and contractors during the service delivery process by monitoring, validating and signing off the various stages of the service delivery process.
- Raising and requesting Purchase orders for internal teams and 3rd party providers
- Liaise with internal operations teams/sales/support teams to ensure delivery stages are communicated clearly and effectively
- Accurately maintain the CRM system records and relevant trackers
- Quality Assurance of job packs
- Publishing packs to the relevant parties and liaising with partners to request, action and monitor any changes or amendment requests
- Coordinating the delivery and configuration of central kit
- Liaising with internal engineers to arrange site access
- Escalation Management
- Provide Management or partner companies, when necessary, with updates and reports.
- To support the delivery of continuous improvement, highlight any operational or process problems/issues as they arise and provide upward feedback on ideas or initiatives to support own and team performance.
