    Executive Assistant to Managing Partner at Start-up Private Equity Company

    This job opportunity offers a varied and hands-on role as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, with the potential for long-term progression to Chief of Staff. The work environment is flexible, allowing for 1-2 days of working from home. The office location is conveniently close to Bond Street, making it easily accessible. You'll have the chance to work closely with a charming Managing Partner who founded a European based Private Equity fund.

    The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a hands-on EA role supporting senior executives or founders in the financial services sector, particularly in Private Equity. A graduate degree or A-level equivalent is necessary, along with strong technical skills in Microsoft software. Being a self-starter with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently are crucial for this role.

    • Salary Range: £55-70k plus bonus
    • Potential for long-term career advancement to a Chief of Staff position
    • Opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week
    • Located in Marylebone
    • Work with an approachable and down-to-earth Managing Partner and team
