    At The Wise Seeker we are actively seekingcandidates to join a leading company in pediatric palliative careat Noahs Ark Childrens Hospice. Our expert staff and trainedvolunteers provide clinical emotional and practical support forfamilies across North and Central London and Herts Valley. We arededicated to improving the lives of seriously unwell children andtheir families providing specialized care and nursing services in asupportive and inclusive environment.

    Tasks

    As a ChildrensHospice Nurse (Band 5) at The Ark you will be part of theSpecialist Care Team responsible for providing care to seriouslyunwell babies children and young people. Your duties willinclude:

    • Caring for children stayingat The Ark and those visiting for daycare
    • Providing support to children in theirfamily homes and communitysettings
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinaryteams to meet the full clinical emotional social and practicalneeds of patients and families
    • Utilizingexcellent clinical and communication skills to deliver highqualitycare
    • Participating in the growth and success ofNoahs Ark ChildrensHospice

    Requirements

    Theideal candidate will possess the following qualifications andattributes:

    • Minimum of 2 yearsexperience as a Registered Nurse at Band 5level
    • UK Driving license and own vehiclerequired for commuting to site and occasional oncall visits tofamily homes
    • Excellent clinical andcommunication skills
    • Creative and compassionateapproach to pediatric palliative care
    • Abilityto work collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryteam
    • Commitment to making a positive differenceto seriously unwell children and theirfamilies
