What is expected of you?

  • Operational management of the UK retail supply chain network
  • End to End supply chain strategy definition and implementation
  • Develop, manage and optimise the existing S&OP process and reporting
  • Optimise Logistics / 3PL relationships
  • Drive supply chain optimisation and process improvement
  • Overseeing forecasting & planning for the supply, production and material planning
  • Lead, inspire and upskill a growing supply chain team
  • Work closely with manufacturing & NPD to ensure optimum supply performance on all existing and new product lines
  • Champion Interdepartment colloboration to ensure excellent supply chain performance
  • Reporting & analysis to internal & external stakeholders
  • Management & optimisation of ERP / supplier systems
As a successful SME going through sustained growth it is essential that the Supply Chain Manager is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience Senior supply chain planner and/or manager with experience of managing an end to end supply chain - Inbound Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning, S&OP

  • Passionate and experienced FMCG professional ideally with SME experience
  • Solid experience of managing and improving an S&OP process
  • Pedigree of defining and implementing a complex UK retail supply chain strategy
  • Excellent knowledge of 3PL management
  • Expert knowledge of supply and demand planning and experience of managing a dual function
  • Solid experience of working with Excel
  • Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Index Matching
  • Record of successful business improvement and change project delivery
  • Respected people manager with history of staff training, development and management
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management abilities
  • Expert analytical abilities and report writing
