    TheProduct Developer, Principal understands customer needs and translates theminto technical solutions. Also provides leadership to members of theProduct Development teams.

    This role is an opportunity to join a small highly technical team ofResearch and Development engineers, operating on the fringes of technicaladvancement and expand your skillsets with work on emerging technologieswith heavy focus on generative AI applications to customer-centred softwareproducts.

    As part of Epicor Labs, lead a software engineering team in building newfeatures and capabilities as well as expanding and enriching existing ERPsystems with powerful advantages offered by recent advances in ArtificialIntelligence.

    Duties & Responsibilities Mastery of Sr level duties and responsibilities. Plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications. Works closely with other teams to ensure change and releaserequirements are met. Works with Product QA for review and fix of test errors. Designs and delivers formal or informal training, mentorship, andsupports other developers. Provides leadership and coaching to the team. Recommends and implements best practices. Keeps up with external trends to incorporate into products andprocesses. Proactively optimizes processes (automation, continuous integration,etc). Promotes and holds others accountable to Epicor best practices andinterests at all times.

    Acts an evangelist for Epicor at inside and outside events Interacts with internal and external customers to constantly align andmanage expectation and ensure satisfactory deliveryWhat are we looking for in you?A great team ethos and can do attitudeExcellent communication and team skillsExperience with testing methodology.

    10+ years progressive experience and demonstratedsuccess/knowledge4+ years of specialized/industry experienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)5+ years of demonstrable experience in Microsoft .NET(Framework/Core)5+ years experience with cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS,etc.)



    Front end development experienceExperience with automated testing frameworks in C# and TypeScriptExperience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine LearningBonus Skills:
    The following qualification will help you stand out.

    Microsoft Azure experience or certificationsDemonstrable generative AI experienceAngular frameworkIf you want the responsibility and challenge of building a new platformwhile working with a great team, then you should apply.
