    Marketing and Communications Manager

    Location: Exeter Science Park, Exeter

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days WFH + 3 days in the office).

    Salary: up to £30,000 per year

    Role Overview:

    As a Marketing and Communications Manager at Rezcomm, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our internal and external communication strategies. Your expertise will help us maintain and elevate our brand presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to reinforce brand presence and messaging.
    • Manage internal communications, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and enhancing employee engagement.
    • Oversee external communications, including social media content, and public announcements.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
    • Monitor communication trends and implement best practices to keep Rezcomm at the forefront of industry communication.
    • Craft compelling content for various platforms, tailoring the message to suit different audiences.
    • Lead crisis communication efforts, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the brand.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience in a communications role, ideally within a tech or ecommerce environment.
    • Strong grasp of both traditional and digital communication channels.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in managing social media platforms.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
