- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures and UK standards

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles to ensure they are safe and in optimal working condition
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage vehicle procurement, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealerships, leasing companies, and other relevant partners
- Create and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance history, and expenses
- Arrange and facilitate the companies car parking arrangements
- Experience in a similar role, 5+ years preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems

Druce is seeking a skilled Facilities and Fleet Manager to ensure the smooth operation and safety of our facilities and fleet. The facilities and fleet manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all Druce offices, currently sitting at 7 offices with further expansion this year. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and overseeing refurbishments, renovations and relocations of current and future Druce offices.
You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, procurement, and compliance. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organisational abilities.
