Do you want to join us as our new Business Analyst ?

As part of our Business Strategy growth to become an SMO delivering clinical trial for private and public sector organisation, we are looking to source, implement and develop training for a new CTMS System.

You will consult with key stakeholders to establish the best possible system for our current and future needs.
Review the software currently available on the market
Develop, write and publish training materials, user manuals and process flow maps e-learning systems for CTMS System
Participate in System Planning meetings
Collaborate with IT to improve the quality of analytics and reporting processes according to internal and customer requirements Keeps abreast of new analytics tools and methodologies for possible deployment
Produce a Handover at the end of the project with recommendations and implement areas of improvement within the system and our processes
Use and configuration of healthcare software applications.
Policy and procedures, operational controls
Collaborate with business partner to define technology strategy that maximizes business value
Manage business expectations and keeps business aligned to business requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - must be able to communicate ideas and analysis in a clear concise fashion to clients, colleagues and senior business leaders
Proven ability to work in a highly virtual and matrixed environment
Excellent with numbers and financial planning
Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
