    Description

    We are only looking for music booking agents with experience, industry contacts and a passion for music.

    Other people will not be considered

    The salary is only on a commission basis on the gig booked and is 10%.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Artist Representation: Acting as the liaison between artists and venues/event organizers to secure bookings for performances.
    2. Negotiation: Negotiating performance contracts, fees, and terms on behalf of artists.
    3. Booking and Scheduling: Organizing and managing artist bookings, including concert tours, live shows, festivals, and other events.
    4. Promotion and Marketing: Collaborating with artists and promoters to create marketing strategies to promote upcoming shows and events.
    5. Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with venues, event organizers, promoters, and industry professionals to expand the artist's opportunities for bookings.
    6. Logistics Coordination: Handling logistics for artists' performances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, equipment setup, and soundcheck schedules.
    7. Financial Management: Managing budgets, expenses, and payments related to bookings, ensuring that artists receive proper compensation and expenses are accounted for.
    8. Contract Management: Overseeing the preparation and execution of performance contracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms.
    9. Problem Solving: Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process or performances.
    10. Industry Knowledge: Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for artists.
    11. Client Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service to artists and clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
    12. Legal Compliance: Ensuring that all bookings and arrangements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    13. Event Coordination: Collaborating with event organizers, production teams, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution of performances.
    14. Performance Support: Providing support to artists before, during, and after performances to ensure they have everything they need for a successful show.
