    Description
    We are a provider of International Road Haulage Transport Solutions throughout the UK and Europe, and we are currently looking for an Transport Administrator to join our busy team in Doncaster
    The Transport Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

    • Reconciliation of Transport Orders and database system ensuring customers' invoices are correct prior to being raised.
    • Checking Customer Transport Orders/ paperwork has been completed correctly.
    • Reconciliation of Employee Timesheets
    • Completing weekly costs sheets in Microsoft excel for weekly billed customers.
    • Analysis / offering cost saving solutions
    • Ensure all telephone calls/emails are answered in a timely fashion.
    • General Filing and Database updating
    • Any additional tasks as required by the Accounts Manager
    Flexible approach to various day to day tasks

    • Confident telephone manner
    • Strong computer skills with a sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Own Transport to get to work is essential
    • The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 6pm -6am on a 4 on 4 offThe role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 6pm -6am on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, although some flexibility may be required
