We are looking for a high performing established contract recruitment leader who has experience running a large contract book, as well as managing a small to medium 360 contract recruitment team

As the Associate Director of Contract, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Owning, managing, and growing a specialist contract division out further
Overseeing a team of consultants focused on Business Development/Delivery within a specific European Contract Division in either Cloud, Data or Cyber Security
Driving training within your team all focused on personal development of your consultants (ranging from training, process management, weekly monthly reviews, target setting etc)
Setting team targets to drive sales revenue of your team
Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
Establish the company's goals and objectives
Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
Recruit and train new employees
