    Farringdon – hybrid working, minimum of 2 days in the office

    Join our esteemed team as the Senior IT Security Operations Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily IT operations with precision and expertise.

    Tasked with managing requests, troubleshooting, and enhancing user awareness, you will be at the forefront of maintaining our organisation's IT security policies and procedures.     What you'll be doing

    • Responsible for Cybersecurity Security Incidents and Requests – alongside the Cybersecurity Security Operations Analysts
    • Monitoring Security platforms for policy compliance and addressing any non-conforming events
    • Defining and maintaining the IT Security Policies and Procedures
    • Delivering and reporting on Phishing campaigns, highlighting areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for remediation
    • Coordinating the Group IT Security awareness articles, ensuring the content is relevant, understandable, easily accessible and usage reported against (where possible)
    • Escalating any high or critical security events to the IT Security Manager

    What you'll need

    • Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc
    • Experience in leading continuous improvement and lessons learnt in a cyber security context
    • Excellent communication and presentation, and leadership skills
    • Understand the principles of security design, architecture and implementation
    • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the business
    • Ability to mentor junior members of the team

    This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
