Our client, an elite US law firm with a market-leading funds practice in London, is currently seeking a funds paralegal to join their esteemed team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exceptional chance for individuals with previous experience in asset management practices to join a prestigious firm and work across various asset classes, including private funds, public funds, hedge funds, and private equity matters.
About Our Client
Our client is an elite US law firm renowned for its exceptional funds practice. With a stellar reputation in the legal industry and consistently high rankings, our client offers a dynamic working environment. Paralegals in this team have the opportunity to work on high-profile matters and are often considered for training contracts within the firm.
About the Role
As a funds paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's market-leading funds practice. Responsibilities will include assisting with the set-up, management and disposal of various funds, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing general administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' previous experience working as a funds paralegal within another highly recognised funds practice. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
