Description

A key driver to the company's success is its people and we are now actively seeking a Sales Administrator
to join our team working in a busy inbound sales office based in Padiham, Burnley.

This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who has a keen eye for detail and has previous experience working in a similar role.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Processing inbound sales orders
  • Dealing with courier companies
  • Producing commercial invoices and any export paperwork as required
  • Dealing with queries and credits in a timely manner
  • General administration support for the Sales Office Manager
  • Any other adhoc admin tasks to assist with general workload
  • Supporting other departments within the business as and when required
Skills & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • A professional and helpful attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Articulate and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Flexible
  • Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance

Company Benefits:


  • 36.5 working hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm. Overtime will be required as/when business needs dictate.
