A key driver to the company's success is its people and we are now actively seeking a Sales Administrator
to join our team working in a busy inbound sales office based in Padiham, Burnley.
This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who has a keen eye for detail and has previous experience working in a similar role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound sales orders
- Dealing with courier companies
- Producing commercial invoices and any export paperwork as required
- Dealing with queries and credits in a timely manner
- General administration support for the Sales Office Manager
- Any other adhoc admin tasks to assist with general workload
- Supporting other departments within the business as and when required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- A professional and helpful attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Articulate and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Flexible
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
Company Benefits:
- 36.5 working hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm. Overtime will be required as/when business needs dictate.
