    Description

    Are you ready to help our tenants tackle the cost of living crisis? Do you have the energy to make a difference and help tenants remain in their accommodation? We are looking for someone who has experience in supporting individuals in their own homes and has a passion to help support the most vulnerable in the community.

    This is a rewarding role encompassing both housing and support -identifying and overcoming barriers to sustaining a tenancy and managing finances.

    You will work in the community with a variety of individuals delivering positive outcomes for both the tenant and SHDC as a social landlord.

    You will be working at the forefront developing excellent working relationships with organisations including Adult & Children's Services, Police, DWP, Citizens Advice, and NHS services including Mental Health teams.
