    Health and Safety Operations Manager Location – North West / Midlands / North East.
    Salary - £ £65,000.Reports to - Managing Director.
    Experience – Health and Safety Management / Consultancy.

    Client OverviewD7 Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a distinguished Health and Safety consultancy in the search for a highly skilled Health and Safety Operations Manager.

    This exciting opportunity is focused on the dynamic sectors of Construction, Food and Drink Manufacturing, Retail, Digital, Aviation, Engineering, and Pharmaceutical, spanning across the United Kingdom and Europe.

    The Role As the Health and Safety Operations Manager you are responsible for the end to end responsibility of your assigned client portfolio.

    You will report to the Managing Director and be part of a 15-person operations team. You will need to be confident working in a fact paced environment a be a critical thinker.
    RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

    Client Relationship Be the primary liaison for all specific Projects assigned by the Commercial team.
    Maintain Client routine meetings and attend site locations.
    Continue to strive to form Client relationships at the Director level whilst maintaining relationshipsthe Project and Safety teams.
    Identify opportunities to increase business growth with existing or new Clients.

    Ensure an end of project review meeting takes place with the Client to organise the successfuland take on feedback to capture learnings and integrate back into the business.

    Project Operational Delivery (Related to Projects with Allocated Clients) Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure accurate proposals are generated.

    Work closely with the other Operations Managers to ensure each project is resourced in amanner making decisions for the good of the business.

    Resource projects ensuring full utilisation and to the required levels of profitability.
    Ensure all project delivery documentation is completed on time e.g.

    timesheet sign off onLiaise closely with the Delivery team members to ensure a successful project life cycle, from project set up to conclusion.

    Daily management of team within project responsibility area for the duration of each project,including monthly 1:
    1s, Performance Development Reviews, return to work meetings etc.

    Take the lead, as appropriate, in any necessary formal people management meetings e.g.,capability or disciplinary meetings (with the support of Human Resources).Ensure that Company standards and compliance requirements are maintained throughout theportfolio and across the operation through regular communication with the Management team.

    Provide clear communication to the Management team to relay any project requirements andfollowing site visits to ensure collaborative working to resolve any challenges.

    Engage with 3rd party companies involved on the projects to discuss potential new business.

    Provide information to the Management team to support decisions regarding people resources, financial resources and quality of the services being provided.

    Undertake chargeable Client activity at least 8 days per month.

    Business Raise concerns or ideas in relation to business efficiency and actively review and developprocesses to identify and implement improvements.

    Provide marketing material and content as required and appropriate to support the marketingsocial media strategies.

    Complete at least 1 business development/improvement project each year developing aproposal & project plan for presentation to & approval of the Directors, taking thesuccessfully from conception to implementation.

    Achieve 100% completion of monthly KPIs set by the business.
