- Proven experience in managing HR processes within a similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and interpreting results

Our client is seeking a dedicated Interim Workday Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expert knowledge of the company's HR processes, manage professional HR services, and contribute significantly to recruitment and induction processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual employee satisfaction surveys, managing payroll in conjunction with the Finance team, and advising on pay and other remuneration issues. What you'll do:
As an Interim Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of our client's organisation.
