    Description

    Job Description First Achieve's Engineering Department are looking for a highly skilled and experienced, analytical innovative Product Development Engineering Manager to join our client's design development team.

    The responsibilities of theProduct Development Engineering Manager include overseeing the researchand design team, conceptualizing and designing new products, testing product designs, and drafting the specifications for the manufacturing of new products, team performance management.

    To be a successful Product Development Engineering Manager, you should be innovative, creative, and analytical. Ultimately, as a Product DevelopmentEngineering Manager, you should havean excellentworking knowledgeof 3Dmodeling softwareand report writing programs.

    Leadresearch and development projects with the team to produce new designs, products, and processes.
    Workexternal development partners or suppliers on product development designs for prototypes and production
    Responsible forcreating project budgets and overseeing their successful execution.
    Support market researchtounderstand market requirements for new product development.
    Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes.
    Lead the testing ofproducts throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems.
    Implementation of engineering systems and controls


    Product Development Engineer Requirements:
    A Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field.
    AMaster's degree in Engineering may be advantageous.
    Good workingknowledge of mechanicaldesign, fluid dynamicsdesign, materials, and quality control protocols.
    Experiencewith3D modeling softwareand report writing programs.
