Two Posts are available and we would expect one post to cover partners delivering in the South of England and one to cover partners in the North of England.

Travel to meetings in those locations will be necessary as required.

A bit about the role... Working in a team with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Senior Manager will play a critical role in managing the delivery of affordable housing by our strategic partners. You will be joining our highly skilled and experienced team, who are committedto making positive change in how affordable housing is delivered.


The Head of Strategic Partnerships is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, taking an innovative and creative approach to delivery issues.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional affordable housing team you will ensure efficient, consistent andeffective resolution of delivery challenges and will have the opportunity to help increase affordable housing supply.

The role will support the design and delivery of strategic affordable housing delivery.

There are some exciting projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to unlockaffordable housing supply.


A bit about you Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.


You'll be comfortable supporting the Head of Strategic Partnerships with complex affordable housing issues, aiming to increase affordable housing supply.

You will have experience in dealing with complex affordable housing delivery issues and managing largeaffordable housing delivery programmes.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what wedo as an affordable housing team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.


As an experienced affordable housing professional you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.


As part of the job role there is an expectation that some travel may be needed to attend internal meetings and external meetings with partners.
