    Description

    The Company:

    We are working with a leading, full-service commercial city law firm who are looking for a BD Events Executive to join their team in the London office. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills to oversee the firm's events and external marketing activity. The role holder will report to the Head of Business Development.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Be the main point of contact for client queries and enquires
    • Promote externally and communicate internally on all upcoming seminars/webinars,
    • events and online content
    • Research venues for external seminars/events
    • Assist with external conference/exhibition preparation
    • Monitor content and manage the production of videos across all social channels
    • Produce client, competitor, client, and market research
    • Explore new initiatives whilst building relationships with the firm's partner charities

    The Candidate:

    • 2 years of Marketing/BD with a focus on events experience in a professional working environment
    • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM databases, and Email Marketing platforms
    • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
    • Demonstrable to continuously produce a high standard of work and being able to prioritse workload
