We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. ou will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending products/services, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,611.27 per year
