- Implement therapy interventions, exercise programs, and mobility aids.
- Ensure safe equipment use and maintain it properly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and carers.
- Establish good relationships with patients and colleagues, making sure patients understand their treatment.
- Identify and refer patients to other services when necessary.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant training courses.
- Health and Social Care qualification.
- Good general education.

- Experience in falls prevention.
- Clinical experience in a rehabilitation or therapy environment.
- Prior experience in a community setting.
