- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and effective coordination of service activities.
- Proven experience as a forklift technician or field service engineer, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot forklift issues.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, to accommodate customer needs.
