Community Engagement Executive

We're proud to be one of the largest rural broadband providers in the country, serving customers up and down the UK.

Our goal is straightforward - to give rural, hard-to-reach communities the same benefits of lightning-fast broadband as you get in the city.

That includes homes, businesses, and complex outdoor sites.

The role:

To be the initial 'face' of Voneus, representing our brand and introducing our products and services to potential customers located in rural communities around the UK.

This is a full-time, field-based role that will involve regular travel and overnight stays, so you must be comfortable driving distances and being away from home.

We are looking for someone who is:

A team player, has a great personality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Able to work on their own initiative and with mínimal supervision.
Goal and target orientated
Able to communicate effectively and easily, both verbally and written.
Knowledgeable using a CRM, such as Salesforce or Zoho.

Your role will be to:

Build relationships with key personnel, residents, and businesses within the community.
Support the sales team by gathering quality prospect data to convert to customers.
Support the marketing team by gaining information regarding local and county activities.
Support the NetOps teams with initial assessments for proposed new networks.
Present Voneus and its services at community gatherings, events, and shows.
