- 72247We have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to work for a business in York who work hard on customer satisfaction and ensure all of their customers the time and attention they require.

The position will be responsible to provide a professional and confidential support service to the People Team, to support with efficient and effective administrative service, as well as contributing to the development, implementation and review of People related initiatives and strategies to support the wider business objectives and engagement, gain efficiencies and alignment of effort.
As a People Administrator you will:
- Support with various Employee Relations tasks including preparing any relevant documentation, and take minutes in formal meetings, such as first stage absence hearing and disciplinaries
- Carry out exit interviews with those leaving the business, and report on findings
- Preparing employee correspondence such as invite to meeting letters, employment contracts, and confirmation of role change or personal information change
- Managing and updating recruitment trackers
- Recruitment admin tasks including preparing recruitment files, tracking time lines in which to recruit, and support the line managers
- Post vacancies and liaise with applicants, agencies and media, organise interview schedules, book interview rooms and equipment, and participate in some first stage interviews
- Manage and update all Learning and Development trackers, ensuring all data is correct and relevant
- Maintain individual employee training records and course databases, collating enrolment records and scanning certificates into personnel files and maintaining certificate registers
